The Three Peaks are just as unique as the Matterhorn, and thus the most famous mountains in our Alps. Although they are relatively small compared to other mountains, they are all the more striking. The north faces rise just 600 meters above the limestone plains in front of them. Therefore, the scale of 1:5,000 was chosen. The roof on the north face of the Western Peak, or the chimney that provides the easiest ascent to the Preussturm (Preuss Tower), is beautifully depicted in detail.
